Payment Terms
We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.
Secure credit card payment is provided by Dibs Payment Services. When paying by credit card, the total amount of your order will be reserved upon order confirmation. Your card will not be charged until your order is processed. We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard.
Bank transfer is available as a prepayment option. We will process your order as soon as your payment is registered with our bank. Payment must be received within 7 business days, or your order will be canceled. Bank transfer payments should be made to:

Delivery Terms
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an e-mail when your order is sent. You can also view the status of your order by logging into your account.
Transport is provided by Posten and Bring. You can select the transport method and rate during the checkout process.
In the event that your order is lost or damaged during transport, please contact Posten or Bring directly. We cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged by transport companies.
Returns Policy
If you are a private consumer, you can return your purchase to us within 14 days of the date you received the item. You do not need a reason for returning the purchase, but the purchase must be returned in its original condition, and you are liable for the return costs. If you would like to return your purchase, please email us for instructions.
In the event that you received an incorrect or faulty purchase, please notify us immediately by email. We will be responsible for the return costs.
